welcome to join us.

NOTE 1 - The Virginia Digital Net (VDN) and the Old Dominion Emergeney Net / Delta (ODEN/D) use BPSK-31, USB , 1500 Hz audio offset.  They can also uses other modes such as Olivia, RTTY, etc., but will usually start out using PSK and then announce what they are transitioning to during the net.
